Ghost Valentine (Yuthlert Sippapak, 2006)

Reminds me of the film Takien: The Haunted Tree (นางตะเคียน, Nang Takien). A tree ghost (phi nang takien) is the spirit of a woman who carried out misdeeds of some kind and now possesses a Hopea tree. Her modus operandi is to sleep with her victim until he is dead.

One kind of Thai ghost is the hungry ghost. They are beings driven by desire. They are associated with compulsion, addiction, greed, envy and jealousy. Believers leave food for them in spirit houses each night. They are depicted as extremely tall, thin with tiny mouths and skinny necks so they cannot eat much and must remain unsatisfied.
